I am the new Activities Coordinator at River Ridge HS. :)
I graduated from Ridge in 2010 with Mrs. Brooks, formerly Ms. Dalton, as my ASB and Leadership Teacher/Advisor.
I was the ASB Historian my senior year and participated in Leadership for 3 years.

I teacher Social Studies, US History, CWI, WA State History, & Civics.
I'm the sophomore class advisor and was a BSU co advisor last year.
I coach volleyball, basketball, track & field, and powerlifting. I have a passion for sports, community, competition, overcoming challenges, determination and improvement.
I'm an avid gardener and love to grow produce and flowers. I'd love to have a small farm one day with all my family, and animals, and growing things.

During college I worked at an elementary school program through a PSESD grant. After that I had the privilege of being an Activity Director at an Assisted Living & Memory Care facility for 3 years before attending grad school to receive my Masters in Teaching at UPS Tacoma and transitioning back into public education.

I love serving the River Ridge & Lacey community.
I love my husband, family, fur babies (3 dogs) and my toddler horse mustang.
I love DIY, arts and crafts and using my creativity to make thoughtful, unique and beautiful things that make people feel happy, appreciated and loved.
