Launch - Professional Growth, building our collective knowledge

This fast-paced session will share how the largest high school in Oklahoma went from 28 students at a home football game to winning Varsity Brands Most Spirited High School award. Hint: It's what you practice, permit, and promote!

This action-packed session will explore how to create a series of moments that give your campus momentum while creating student to student and student to school connections.

This workshop focuses on fostering effective collaboration between Associated Student Body (ASB) programs and Booster Clubs while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Key topics include understanding the distinct roles of ASB and Booster Clubs, navigating compliance requirements, clarifying oversight responsibilities, and addressing the involvement of district employees. Attendees will gain valuable insights into legal and ethical considerations, effective fundraising practices, and strategies to align Booster Club efforts with school goals. The agenda emphasizes practical tools, such as compliance checklists and policy recommendations, to ensure positive, transparent, and productive partnerships between school districts and parent-led support groups.
